Hi Mark - great video. Thank you so much for taking time to develop this. @ 39m44s in your video you click into 'Conference Location" and the list of terms from the set is displayed automatically to help guide the user. How did you do this? I have just set up managed metadata and it seems very slow to load and will only display terms if the user types the first letter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Would this be because I have only just started and there aren't tagged documents in the library? Thank you!

Thanks Mark for the very useful demo. Unfortunately the steps you describe to add the modern search refiners didn't work for me. I could add the SharePoint App just like you showed, but the new modern search web parts still don't appear as available for selection, even after 24+hrs. Is it possible there's an extra configuration step that needs to be performed perhaps? For info the App now seems to have been renamed as pnp-modern-share-parts and is currently at version 3.8.0.0. Appreciate that this isn't a support forum, but I mention it in case others have a similar experience.

We are a very small manufacturing company on a self-taught/-guided journey to maximize our use of O365/SPO/Teams/etc. to streamline document storage & retrieval, collaboration, & other business processes. Your other Managed Metadata webinars were extremely helpful to gain understanding, create & configure taxonomies, and populate our Term Store. For more than a year, we have been transferring documents from our file server, classic on-premise SP site, & user local drives to SPO document libraries, and that project has been picking up speed. With so much more content stored in SPO, we now need much better search. I've been researching this (in between other duties) for the past couple of months and was getting frustrated because I couldn't figure out how to customize SPO OOB search. Your webinar taught me that it's not available! (What a relief!) Even better, your webinar provides a clear path forward using the PnP-developed modern search web parts. (A bigger relief!) I'm looking forward to tackling this next phase of our development & deployment. I suspect that I would still be casting about for the next few months without this training. Thank you very much!

Thank you for shedding light on the Term Store. Giving working examples is invaluable to 'how' we can use it, as opposed to the 'this is this feature', 'to add a feature', etc. which does nothing to move the ball forward when it comes to your own organization.

How did you get the metadata navigation in the modern library? I can only find it if I go back to classic view. (using SharePoint Online) Great video btw!

Hi, is there a way to store one property name several times with different values? For example MyKey => Value1 MyKey => Value2 MyKey => Value3 or MyKey => Value1,Value2,Value2 Is this possible while I use GetTermsWithCustomProperty to get what I need.
